.....before you read those immortal words - They say.... Right, are you sitting comfortably? They say you're only as old as you feel.
I suggest now that you strap yourself in because - surprise, surprise - this is one of those rare times when 'they' are right.
If you are young at heart, you will be full of attractive energy, no matter how many grey hairs you have. If you take life too seriously and become distracted by difficult memories, you can end up having 'senior moments', even in your teens! But to be young at heart, doesn't automatically mean to be peaceful or mellow. The young are often more prone to be argumentative and unreasonable.

There's no reason why any of us shouldn't be childlike, at times. But we should always steer away from being childish.
