....we don't have to face real danger. We just have to put ourselves into a situation that seems threatening or creates an impressive illusion of imminent trouble. Consider, for example, fairground roller-coasters. They terrify the wits out of their passengers, yet they have a safety record much better than that of public transport!
Don't confuse a sense of apprehension with a genuine reason to worry.
The only time you should ever look back, is to see how far you've come.
