A lot of the time....

.....it doesn't feel like it, but nobody on this planet is ever completely powerless. We all have options, alternatives and possibilities that we can explore. It is just that these may seem to us to lack immediacy or efficacy. We wish that we could do this but it turns out we can only do that. Disappointing though such a state of affairs may be, we owe it to ourselves to look at whatever our only choice may constitute.

That 'precious little' may turn out to be all that is required in order to make an enormous difference. Rising to a small challenge, may improve a lot.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
