....Go and build yourself a fortress on the top of some remote hill. Then you could surround it with a moat filled with giant piranhas. You could then post soldiers all along the approach road. Right, now what would this protect you from? More crucially, what might it be absolutely no defence against?
If you were worried that someone or something could steal your happiness, you would be wasting your time with it all.
We can only rob ourselves of that through letting fear or negativity dominate our thoughts.
